Who you are:
You are visionary, strategic and you are there to drive change within the company. You are constantly challenging the status quo to get to the next level and really make things happen. You are in a leadership position where you have to influence others who don’t report to you.
You are an ambitious “Type-A” woman, ready to take your career to the next level. You feel like you are meant to be doing something bigger. You tend to be a bit of a “Control Freak” but only because you care so much, and it has helped you in the past.
You love the feeling of creating a vision and executing on it with flying colors. You love getting on a roll. When you get in the flow it charges you and you can’t wait to get up in the morning and do it again. You aspire to be in that flow all the time. Most of all, you want to be seen as a game changer.
What your issues tend to be:
One of your biggest challenges is performing at a high level without overwhelming your colleagues. You feel like you have to be direct and focused to lead effectively, but when you do, you are told that you come across as intense or inflexible – not a team player.
